Sunny's Sunshine Adventures

a little book about a very good boy

Every morning the sun comes up —
and Sunny is already wagging his tail.

First things first: time to run!

Ears flopping, paws flying, tail like a happy flag.

Sunny loves to fetch.

Toss a stick, and he's already gone before it lands.

Squirrels don't stand a chance!

(Okay — they always get away. But Sunny never stops trying.)

No adventure is complete
without his favorite human by his side.

They explore every trail,
every puddle, and every good smell.

After a big day of running,
fetching, and chasing —
Sunny sits proudly by his favorite rock.

Every good yard has one, and this is his.

And then there's Hiker —
Sunny's big sister, calm and watchful.

She was there long before he was, and she's seen it all.

Wherever Sunny goes, Hiker isn't far behind.

Two very different dogs. One very good team.

Eyes get heavy...

and he drifts off, stick still close by, dreaming of tomorrow's adventures.
